Important Information:
Each garment is custom made for you – be sure about sizes as we are not able to exchange or return garments.
If an item becomes unavailable, we will substitute another brand or similar style of same quality. If we can not find an adequate solution for replacement we will contact you via email for a solution. If we do not get a response within 10 days we will refund the item and process the rest of the order.
The online store presents graphical representations of the designs but may differ depending on the size of your garment.
Pick up/ Shipping when Garments are Ready: Orders will be ready 5-7 business days after ordering. If embroidery is chosen this process does take up to an additional 5 more business days.
If you select to pick up the garments at our store, you will be contacted via email when your order is ready for pick up. If shipping is selected, we will contact you that we are shipping your order, please allow 2-5 business days for shipping.
